2. Reservation Policy

2.1 Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Gandhi Asian Food.

2.2 Arrival Time: We hold tables for 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you are running late, please contact us.

2.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

2.4 Group Reservations: For parties of 8 or more guests, please contact us directly at info@gandhi-asianfood.nl for special arrangements.

3. Dining Policies

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
• Appropriate attire is required for dining
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas

4. Takeaway & Delivery

4.1 Pickup: Pickup is completely free of charge. Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time.

4.2 Delivery: Delivery services are available with additional charges. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance and traffic conditions.

4.3 Food Safety: Once food has left our premises, we cannot be held responsible for its condition.

5. Payment Terms

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.
